These fixtures are subjected to intensive cleaning and corrosive detergents, vibrations and impacts during the transport of carcasses on conveyors, and high temperatures during the scalding of poultry.
For these areas, the construction design—which secures the base plate within the luminaire using an axial clamping system—ensures unmatched durability. Equipped with polycarbonate/methacrylate diffusers, the luminaires are IK10-rated and withstand high-pressure cleaning.
We also offer a light fixture with a monochromatic cyan spectrum (with a peak centered at 500 nm), recommended by veterinary services to reduce stress in poultry during the gathering and slaughter phases.
