LED high-temperature tubular light ø133 for extreme industrial environments

Two versions of the JOULE X-Heat, specifically designed for high-temperature applications, are available: up to 70°C with 100% built-in electronics and up to 85°C for the version with a remote driver. The LED source is specifically calibrated and protected with a waterproof tubular housing compatible with temperature variations, ensuring considerable energy and maintenance savings for the most extreme industrial processes, where staff hardly dare set foot.

Built-in or remote electronics, Plug & Play set-up

Compatible with an ambient temperature of up to 70°C, the Joule X-Heat comes with long-lasting LED electronics 100% built into the housing, bringing your energy and maintenance bills down considerably. Sammode has developed a specific model with a remote gear tray for applications between 70°C and 85°C, which keeps the driver away from hot temperatures. When working in extreme conditions, the job needs to be finished pronto, which is why we offer a pluggable connector with a quick locking system for the tubular housing, specifically selected for its ability to withstand high temperatures and mechanical loads.

Ultimate sealing and durability

Forget fine dust, high-pressure jets, corrosive substances and the like. Thanks to its 3-seal system and uniform tightening with a central screw (the Screw© system), the housing remains firmly sealed, even when the temperature varies significantly. IP68, IP69K, everywhere and well into the future!

Impact-proof and compatible with thermal shocks

Thanks to the 100% stainless steel external parts, combined with an ultra-sturdy diffuser, the Sammode housing can withstand IK10 mechanical impacts and corrosive environments to an extent that will surprise you. The locking system (Screw©) protects the luminaire from any risk of thermal shock and eliminates any risk of leaks or lost parts, helping to ensure compliance with IFS, BRC and HACCP requirements for food sites.

Unlike fluorescent bulbs, durable LEDs can be relied upon at high temperatures if duly calibrated and integrated. The results of our X-Heat models are spectacular: 100% light output from the second you hit the switch, equivalent to 2 x T8 tubes, while dividing your energy bills by 3!
