Fully sealed, vibration-proof, and easy to dismantle & repair by design, it offers unfailing chemical resistance thanks to its 5 mm thick borosilicate glass and reinforced stainless steel mechanical parts. It is equipped with a certified pluggable connector and is amazingly easy to install. A wide range of power options are available, providing durable lighting for any type of ATEX zone, no matter how extreme.

Optimal sealing and safety

Forget hydrocarbons, acid vapours, corrosive substances, sea spray and the like. Thanks to its 3-seal system and uniform tightening with a central screw, the housing remains firmly sealed, even when the temperature varies significantly. IP68, IP69K, everywhere and well into the future!

Unfailing chemical resistance

Benefit from exceptional durability, no matter how tough the conditions, thanks to a corrosion- and abrasion-proof housing, comprising reinforced stainless steel mechanical parts and a borosilicate glass diffuser (IK07) A version with a co-extruded Polycarbonate-PMMA diffuser (IK10) is also available.

Specific LED components with enhanced safety features

Sammode opted to build ATEX-certified LED components, which are safe by design, into its tubular housing, making the fixture easy to install and maintain. The result? This ultra-solid, repairable and upgradable model is far better designed than any other explosion-proof housing on the market.

Resistant to impacts and vibrations

Solid, smooth materials with no mating surfaces, combined with a locking system based on axial tightening (the Screw© system): simple principles for exceptional mechanical strength and a vibration-proof single-piece design, no matter how intense things get.

Easy to install

Sammode has everything covered! Versions with 2 cable glands and connection possible to the removable internal gear tray. Or a pre-cabled version with a pluggable Atex lead, cutting down on site time with no risk of losing parts.
