Ø133 borosilicate-glass tubular luminaire for very-high-temperature environments up to 100 °C

In the most demanding process areas, innovation only delivers value when it lasts. To ensure reliable, high-quality lighting in ambient temperatures of up to 100 °C, the Pauli HT X-Heat uses the most robust LEDs available, mounted on a fully serviceable gear tray and powered by a specially calibrated remote electronic driver. Its glass enclosure is permanently stable and unaffected by thermal shock. The Pauli HT X-Heat withstands acidic vapours and high-temperature liquid splashes while maintaining its performance for several decades.

Ultimate IP68/IP69K sealing, permanently stable materials and heat-resistant components: the Pauli HT X-Heat brings together Sammode’s full expertise for applications up to 100 °C. Its one-piece design combines borosilicate glass, an internal satin-silicone diffuser for high visual comfort and heavy-duty LED modules, ensuring complete reliability and minimal maintenance, even in continuous 24/7 operation at 100 °C.

Remote electronics for assured reliability

The Pauli HT is supplied with its dedicated LED driver, mounted on a gear tray for remote installation outside the hot zone, up to 50 metres from the luminaire. This high-reliability driver is unaffected by temperature fluctuations and electrical disturbances and ensures up to 10 years of continuous, maintenance-free operation. A pre-wired version with high-temperature silicone cable is available for easier installation.

100% stainless steel and glass, guaranteeing unfailing chemical resistance

Exceptional long-term performance in the harshest conditions, thanks to an enclosure resistant to corrosion and abrasion. It comprises a borosilicate-glass body and reinforced 316L stainless-steel mechanical components, including the cable gland.

Upgrade your luminaires without replacing them

Our dedicated LED gear trays allow legacy fluorescent installations to be converted to LED while retaining the existing stainless-steel and glass enclosure. This cost-effective, upgradeable solution modernises and extends the service life of the installed base, reduces capital expenditure and enables refurbishment work without interrupting production.

Installed power reduced by a factor of three!

Unlike fluorescent sources, properly integrated and calibrated long-life LEDs can retain their full efficacy at high temperatures. Our X-Heat models therefore deliver outstanding performance: 100% luminous flux immediately at switch-on and as much light as two T8 tubes, while consuming three times less power.
