Lighting for Les Alliés de Chavannes nursery school in Mantes-la-Jolie

The Les Alliers de Chavannes nursery school in Mantes-la-Ville has been redesigned to provide a bright, pleasant environment for children and teaching staff alike. The lighting was entrusted to Sammode, with the aim of creating a soft, homogenous atmosphere conducive to learning and well-being.

The building’s extensions, built on stilts to preserve the natural terrain, adopt a simple, uncluttered design. Sammode luminaires blend perfectly with this sober architecture, providing bright, well-distributed light in classrooms, corridors and common areas.

These sturdy, high-performance fixtures provide comfortable lighting, avoiding glare while facilitating daily activities. They can be installed to create bright, safe spaces adapted to the needs of the youngest children.

With this project, Sammode lighting shows that it is possible to reconcile aesthetics, visual comfort and sustainability in an educational setting.
