Lighting at Viroflay station

The Viroflay-Rive-Gauche station in the Yvelines département has recently been renovated to improve passenger reception and safety. Among the work carried out, the lighting was completely redesigned to better structure the spaces and enhance user comfort.

To meet these needs, Sammode luminaires were chosen. Their tubular design, both simple and robust, blends perfectly with the station’s architecture. They emit an even light, reducing shadows and facilitating movement, particularly when connecting to streetcar and train lines.

The LED technology used means lower energy consumption and high lighting performance. Designed to last, Sammode luminaires withstand the rigors of a demanding rail environment, while requiring little maintenance.

At Viroflay, lighting does more than just make journeys safer. It contributes to the atmosphere of the station, while remaining discreet and effective. Sober, long-lasting lighting, perfectly adapted to everyday needs.
