ENEC (European Norms Electrical Certification) is the high quality European Mark for electrical products that demonstrates compliance with European standards.
ENEC initially covered light fittings, and since 2010 it has extended to a great number of electrical products (electrical domestic appliances, information technology-related equipment, safety transformers, devices…). Historically, the ENEC mark was created at the request of the Federation of National Manufacturers Associations for Luminaires in the European Union (CELMA). Before the existence of the ENEC mark, each country had its own certification mark (NF, VDE…) and to be compliant with all the national legislations was very expensive.
Thanks to the commitment of its employees and to a constant strategy, Sammode has gained a high reputation concerning the quality of its products.
This reputation is now emphasized by the ENEC mark, obtained for most of our ranges EINSTEIN, DARWIN and NIEPCE.
